Barley's Smokehouse sets Oysters & Stout

barleysmokehouseBarley’s Smokehouse & Brewpub in Columbus will hold its annual winter-edition Oysters & Stout event starting at 4 p.m. Thursday. (Feb. 28) "We always pack some world-class porters and stouts into the ‘House and pair them with fresh blue point oysters on the half-shell, shucked right out of the brewery," co-owner Lenny Kolada said in an email. "We smoke some in the back over hickory to serve on the half-shell with garlic butter and we also serve them crisp-fried."
