Winter Classic Dog Show

What: Rubber City Kennel Club’s Northern Ohio Winter Classic Dog Show.

When: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Where: Summit County Fairgrounds, 229 E. Howe Road, Tallmadge.

Tickets: Admission is free. Parking is $5.

Information: Cuyahoga Falls and Tallmadge police departments will give non-contact police dog demonstrations at noon both days.

• A Meet-the-Breeds event will begin about 1 p.m. Sunday, giving spectators the opportunity to see different breeds up close and ask handlers questions about the dogs’ personalities, purposes and care.

• No dogs other than those entered in the event are allowed inside the arena.

• For safety reasons, strollers are not be permitted inside the arena.

• Photo and videotaping are forbidden without permission from the club.
